With Moulana's TUS raza and dua mubarak, the staff of RQA Chicago Elementary School are busy preparing the school to receive you and your children on the day of Milad un-Nabi, Monday 12 Rabi al-Awwal / 24 August.
We humbly and cordially invite all parents to accompany their children to RQA Elementary School Orientation on Monday, August 24th. The agenda for the day will be as follows:

A letter to our parents
Thank you again for expressing your interest in enrolling your farzand in RQA Chicago. I want to take a moment to recognise the great responsibility that you as parents have entrusted in us. Your children are Moulana's TUS priceless jewels. Tarbiyat of these farzando is Moulana's TUS haq and Moulana's TUS haq alone.
All of you have heard Moulana's TUS call that care and protection of your children is best done in our mahol. In this, Moulana TUS qablas sawaal created for us a branch of Rawdat al-Quran Academy here in Chicago and entrusted all of us with this sharaf. Alhamdolillah. Shukranlillah.
Know that all of the khidmat guzaaro in RQA Chicago are humbled by this great and weighty sharaf. We are fully committed to ensuring that RQA Chicago is an excellent school centered firstly on Moulana's TUS khushi and resting on the pillars of teacher leadership, parent involvement, and community support. Your children and RQA Chicago are a priceless amanat of Moulana TUS. We offer sajadatus shukr for the chance at this khidmat.
I have spoken to many of you regarding the timeline for building out RQA for the start of the 2026–2027 academic year, and that work continues.
We will work with the core group of teachers, staff, administrators, and the RQA Board to prepare the school for opening in Fall of 2026.
The 2026–2027 academic calendar is out for review
185 school days, first day August 24, last day May 28. Emergency days held June 1–4 in case of closures.
