Call or email for anything administrative. For an absence, please tell us by 9:00 AM on the day. Every family who gives a phone number and email at registration is added to the school communication system automatically.

Reporting an absence
Use our online form to report a full-day absence, late arrival, or early dismissal — before school or by 9:00 AM on the day. You can also call the Front Office at (630) 912-5013. For an illness lasting five or more consecutive days, a physician's note may be required.
Visiting the school
- Everyone entering the building buzzes for entrance, signs in at the Front Office, and wears a visitor's badge — then signs out and returns it on the way out.
- Please give at least one day's notice to the teacher when you'd like to visit a classroom. Visits run 30–60 minutes.
- Classroom visits are discouraged during the first three weeks, the final three weeks, and testing sessions. A visit isn't a parent-teacher conference — make an appointment for before or after school.
