How we handle your family's information and your child's photographs.
When you submit an inquiry or enroll, we collect the contact details you give us, your child's name and grade, academic records you choose to share, and the health records Illinois requires for school entry.
Only to run the school: admissions, placement, health and safety compliance, tuition, and communication with you. We do not sell information, and we do not share it outside the school and Anjuman-e-Saifee Chicago except where the law requires it.
Staff who need it for their role. Financial assistance requests are seen only by the finance team and have no bearing on an admission decision.
Photographs and video
We photograph school life — classrooms, programs, competitions and trips. A photograph or video of your child is published on this website or in our newsletter only if we hold your written consent for it.
Consent is given at enrollment and can be changed at any time by writing to the office. Withdrawing it applies to anything published from that point, and we will remove earlier images on request.
Parent Portal
Once the Parent Portal is set up, grades, attendance and messages will be accessible only to a child's own parents and teachers. The school hasn't yet decided which system it will run on — see Parent Portal for the current status.
