Admissions

Four steps, from first question to a confirmed seat.

Admissions at RQA Chicago is a conversation. We want to understand your child, and we want you to understand what the school asks of a family — so it starts with an email, not a form.

01
Email your inquiry

Write to admissions@rqachicago.org with your child's name, the grade for next year, and how to reach you. We reply within two working days.

02
Records and readiness

Share the most recent report card. Younger children have a short, friendly readiness conversation so we can place them well.

03
Meet the team, see the school

A meeting with the admin team about expectations and partnership, and a walk through the campus during a school day.

04
Enroll and pay online

Complete the health forms Illinois requires, pay the fee securely online, and your child's place is confirmed.

Step one
Start an inquiry

Email us and we will take it from there. Include these four things and we can reply properly first time:

  • Parent name, email and phone
  • Your child's full name and date of birth
  • The grade you are applying for in 2026–27
  • Your child's current school, if any
Email Admissions

We reply within two working days, and nothing is committed by writing to us. For Grade 3, say so in your email and we will add your child to the waitlist.

Illinois requirements

Illinois requires certain immunizations and health examinations for school entry. Every current form is on the Parent Resources page, and our office will walk you through them.

Financial assistance

Assistance is available and reviewed in confidence after enrollment is complete, subject to available funds. Ask us — no family should rule out RQA on cost alone.
